My life = wild and fun

I’m most dedicated to creating safe and brave spaces for transformation and healing in a variety of contexts, both in real life and online.

I co-pastor The Refuge, a Christian community and mission center in north Denver and juggle parenting our 5 kids who are all young adults with my husband, Jose.

I’m also an advocate for friends in hard places, a trained spiritual director (one who’s a little on the loud side), and love to teach and facilitate events, workshops, retreats, and groups.

I write a little, hang out with people a lot, and try to collaborate with other kindred spirits on projects that matter.

I love the water, whether it’s behind our boat wake-surfing or water skiing, or walking on the beach (but I love the Colorado mountains, too). My husband and I partner on our favorite project—#waterheals--water sports empowerment for the soul where we create opportunities for individuals of all ages and non-profit groups to experience transformation and fun through lake water sports.

I’m passionate about healing community, the marginalized, spiritual transformation, equality, justice, “church”, relationships, diversity, and learning to love and be loved.

I’m always up for connecting, either online or in real life, so feel free to email me or connect on my Facebook page.
